We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Platform Engineering Squad — the foundation enabling company’s products to operate at scale with reliability and efficiency.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will drive platform strategy encompassing cloud operations, DevOps, SRE and data management platform, directly impacting every product squad and customer integration.
Define platform product strategy — Own infrastructure products including cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and developer tools that enable our FWA, TA, and PE products to scale globally across single-tenant customer deployments.
Drive modernization and reliability — Lead containerization, infrastructure-as-code adoption, and automation frameworks that efficiently manage hundreds of isolated customer environments while establishing SLAs/SLOs and comprehensive observability.
Champion developer experience — Identify friction points, implement self-service platforms, and create tools that allow teams to ship faster with higher confidence.
Optimize platform economics — Manage cloud spend across single-tenant deployments, implement efficient resource allocation, and ensure infrastructure investments scale cost-effectively.
Build data platform strategy — Enable seamless data flow between products, support real-time analytics, and ensure compliance while scaling with customer data volumes.
6+ years product management with 3+ years in platform/infrastructure products for B2B SaaS
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/Pulumi), and CI/CD systems
Critical experience with single-tenant architectures and managing isolated customer environments at scale
Strong background in SRE practices, monitoring strategies, and distributed systems
Understanding of modern data stack and analytics infrastructure
Fluency in English
Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into platform requirements
Technical communication to diverse audiences from engineers to executives
Data-driven approach using metrics to identify opportunities and measure impact
Leadership without authority influencing cross-functional teams
Customer empathy treating internal engineering teams as primary customers
Business acumen understanding how platform investments drive business outcomes
