Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Platform Engineering Squad — the backbone that powers our products with scale, reliability, and efficiency.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will shape the platform strategy across cloud operations, DevOps, SRE, and data platforms. Your work will have a direct impact on every product squad and customer integration, ensuring that our foundation evolves in step with rapid growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Define platform strategy: Own infrastructure products — cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and developer tools — enabling products to scale globally across single-tenant customer deployments.

  • Drive modernization and reliability: Lead initiatives in containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and automation frameworks to manage hundreds of isolated customer environments efficiently. Establish SLAs/SLOs and build comprehensive observability practices.

  • Champion developer experience: Remove friction for engineers by implementing self-service platforms and developer tools that accelerate delivery and increase confidence.

  • Optimize platform economics: Manage cloud costs across single-tenant deployments, ensure efficient resource allocation, and maximize the return on infrastructure investments.

  • Build a robust data platform: Enable seamless data flows, support real-time analytics, and ensure compliance while scaling to customer data volumes.

What You’ll Need
  • 6+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years focusing on platform or infrastructure products for B2B SaaS.

  • Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi), and CI/CD systems.

  • Hands-on experience with single-tenant architectures and managing isolated environments at scale.

  • Strong knowledge of SRE practices, monitoring strategies, and distributed systems.

  • Understanding of the modern data stack and analytics infrastructure.

  • Fluency in English; French or other languages are a plus.

Soft Skills

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, combines creative problem-solving with disciplined execution, and has the confidence to validate assumptions with data.

  • Strategic mindset: Ability to connect business needs to platform requirements.

  • Clear communicator: Comfortable engaging with engineers, product managers, and executives.

  • Data-driven: Skilled at using metrics to uncover opportunities and measure impact.

  • Influential leader: Inspire and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Customer empathy: Treat internal engineering teams as key customers.

  • Business acumen: Understand how infrastructure decisions translate into business outcomes.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary.
  • Remote work opportunity.
  • Comfortable work in your local time zone.
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Professional growth and development.
  • Multicultural working environment.
