Jaxel is seeking a Senior Delivery & Technical Project Manager to join our cutting-edge team.
As a Delivery Manager (Jaxel):
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for Client, ensuring their needs are met and the relationship flourishes.
People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage our dedicated team of 11 engineers assigned to the client. Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings, manage performance, handle career development, and proactively work to ensure high team morale and low attrition.
Account Operations: Oversee all operational aspects of the account, including month-end closing, resource forecasting, and managing the invoicing process for both the client and our employees.
Talent Acquisition: Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for new engineers for the Client account, from defining requirements and interviewing candidates to successful onboarding.
As a Technical Project Manager (Client):
Project Execution: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with Client’s engineering teams (DevOps, Data Science, Data Engineering, Python Back-End) to streamline workflows, implement Agile best practices, and enhance overall efficiency.
Agile/Scrum Facilitation: Actively participate in and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure smooth project progression.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between various technical teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment of goals, and seamless integration of workstreams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or a similar role within an IT services, outsourcing, or consulting company.
Solid technical background with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, cloud infrastructure (DevOps), and data-centric projects (Data Science, Data Engineering).
Proven experience in people management, including mentoring, performance reviews, and team building.
Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and overseeing account operations.
Professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is mandatory.
Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Candidates must be eligible to work without restrictions in European time zones.
