Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or a similar role within an IT services, outsourcing, or consulting company.
Solid technical background with a understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, cloud infrastructure, and data-centric projects (Data Science, Data Engineering).
Proven experience in people management, including mentoring, performance reviews, and team building.
Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and overseeing account operations.
Professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is mandatory.
Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Candidates must be eligible to work without restrictions in European time zones.
