The client's POS sub-division sought to enhance team capacity by extending staffing and distributing stories, features, and tasks across multiple teams. Their C4 C sub-division required the setup of AWS ULS (User Lifecycle Services) in the China region in preparation for broader AWS infrastructure expansion and to adapt and migrate existing pipelines for the Platform UI.
There was also a need for support and functional improvements of the retail orchestration platform (ROP), migration of services to new Open Authentication (OAuth) approaches, and overall performance improvements.
