What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a team of developers to design, develop, and implement WPF-based applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices

Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance

Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in WPF and .Net development

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum of 6 years of experience in WPF .Net development

Strong proficiency in C#, .Net framework, and WPF
-
Experience with MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) design pattern
-
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
-
Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role is highly desirable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
