Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Business Analyst to participate in our project aimed at enhancing the user experience (UX) of our facial biometrics authentication app across Web, iOS, and Android platforms. By addressing usability challenges and incorporating user feedback, our objective is to elevate user satisfaction and engagement through a range of UX/UI improvements.
What You’ll Do

Conducting user experience analysis and identifying areas for improving our application’s UX.

Identifying and analyzing key metrics influencing user conversion during biometric identification usage.

Developing recommendations for optimizing the identification process based on analysis data.

Assisting in creating reports and dashboards to monitor and visualize the effectiveness of UX enhancements.

Interacting with various stakeholders to understand their needs and providing relevant analytical data.

Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify business requirements and optimization opportunities.

Supporting the team in forming strategies based on data and forecasting outcomes.

Creating different types of documentations (SRS, IPB, etc)
What You’ll Need

Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics or business analysis, preferably in the field of digital identification.

Deep understanding of user interaction processes and experience in user experience (UX) analysis.

Ability to identify key metrics influencing user conversion process and service quality.

Experience with analytics and data visualization tools commonly used in digital identification.

Ability to translate analysis results into specific recommendations for UX improvement and process optimization.

Advanced interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration with various team levels and partners.
