Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Tech Project Manager (Tech PM) to oversee and manage technical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience managing cross-functional teams, and a passion for delivering successful projects that meet both business and technical requirements. A key requirement for this role is proficiency in the English and Thai language
What You’ll Do

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from planning, design, and development to implementation and delivery.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, QA testers, and stakeholders.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.

Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing changes as necessary.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, manage expectations, and resolve any issues.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Facilitate problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution among team members and stakeholders.

Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to project teams.

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, ensuring efficiency and the best use of resources.
What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technical or software development environment.

Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with risk management and the ability to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating teams.

Experience with cloud technologies, API integration, or infrastructure is a plus.
