We are looking for a Team Lead Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in React and Django to lead a dynamic team in building scalable, high-performance web applications. This role combines hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for a developer who thrives in both technical and mentoring capacities. What You’ll Do
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Fullstack Development: Design and develop robust web applications using React for frontend and Django for backend, ensuring seamless integration between the two.
Project Management: Oversee project progress, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining code quality standards.
Code Reviews: Conduct regular code reviews, promote best practices, and ensure code consistency.
Architecture & Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, improve application scalability, and enhance performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
What You’ll Need
Experience: 7+ years of experience in fullstack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills:
Frontend: Advanced expertise in React, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux or Context API) and modern hooks-based architecture.
Backend: Proficiency with Django, including RESTful API development, ORM management, and Django’s templating system.
Database: Experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or MySQL) and familiarity with ORM management.
DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and fluency in English.
