Who We’re Looking For
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful end-to-end implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer requirements, and industry standards. This position blends project management, technical delivery, and client-facing responsibilities. You will work cross-functionally with Technology, Product, and Sales teams to deploy SaaS and AI-powered solutions for our clients. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to manage complex software integrations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Project Management

Manage the full lifecycle of client IT delivery portfolios from initial design to go-live using Agile methodologies.

Independently develop and execute high-quality application software implementation plans tailored to client requirements, including API integration.

Partner with Technology, Product, and Sales teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects meeting both technical and business goals.
Requirement Analysis & Documentation

Capture and document client strategies, operational processes, and business rules, ensuring accurate communication to Technology teams.

Conduct gap analysis and scope feature requirements in collaboration with the Product team.
Technical Delivery

Support the design of software applications, including data schema modeling and workflow development, in accordance with internal software lifecycle principles.

Contribute to internal tooling and frameworks to improve delivery efficiency.

Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for Qantev’s technologies, particularly in machine learning and AI applications.

Provide feedback to influence future product features and capabilities based on client and market insights.
Resource Management

Plan and manage resource allocations based on the Client Portfolio and Sales pipeline forecasts.
What You’ll Need
-
7+ years of experience in a client-facing technical project management or consultancy role, ideally within a fast-paced or scale-up environment.

Proven experience managing SaaS-based projects involving complex software development and integration.

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, and familiarity with modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java).

Solid understanding of data management, cloud platforms, and software development lifecycles.

Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.

Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of project execution.

Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
