Who We’re Looking For
We are leading IT solutions provider working on cutting-edge technologies to deliver high-quality services to our global clients. We are seeking a skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team.
What You’ll Do

Web Application Development:
-
Design and implement scalable web applications using Python/Django for the backend and React for the frontend.

Participate in the full development cycle from design to deployment and maintenance.

Create and Maintain RESTful APIs:
-
Develop and document APIs for frontend-backend interaction.
-
Ensure the security and reliability of APIs for handling user requests and data.
-
Database Management:
-
Design database schemas and optimize existing solutions to improve performance.
-
Implement and support CRUD operations (create, read, update, delete) in relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.

Code Quality and Security:
-
Conduct code reviews and participate in testing to ensure high code quality and standards.

Implement best practices for code security and data protection.

Collaborate with the Team:
-
Work closely with the design team to ensure that the user interface meets requirements.
-
Work with product managers to clarify requirements and plan new features.
-
Performance Optimization:
-
Monitor and improve application performance, including page load times and server response.
-
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in code and application architecture performance.
-
Project Planning and Management:
-
Participate in sprint planning, evaluate task completion times, and report progress.
-
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines.

Support and Documentation:
-
Support existing applications and fix bugs.
-
Create and update technical documentation, including user manuals and installation guides.
What You’ll Need
-
At least 3 years of experience with Python and Django.

At least 3 years of experience with JavaScript and React.
-
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
-
Experience with database management systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
-
Understanding of RESTful API design principles.
-
Experience with containerization systems like Docker (preferred).
-
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.

Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills.

Ability to solve problems independently and proactivity.
-
English level B2-C1
