Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a smart, talented and self-motivated Senior Quality Engineer Automation to join our growing family.
What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks and tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.

Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify software defects and performance issues.

Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings.

Perform manual testing when necessary to validate software functionality and ensure a seamless user experience.

Identify and report software defects using issue tracking systems, and work closely with developers to resolve them.

Continuously improve and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the automated testing process.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation testing methodologies and tools.
What You’ll Need

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Proficiency in Java

Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and working in an agile team environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
