Who We’re Looking For
Jaxel is looking for a skilled and proactive Data Scientist who will shape company’s next-generation AI models across document understanding, medical code inference, and anomaly detection. Partner with product and data engineering to deploy production-ready architectures.
What You’ll Do

Agent Architecture: Architect conversational and task-oriented agents using LangGraph, MCP, or similar frameworks.

Production Delivery: Own end-to-end development and deployment of at least one production-level AI agent, from prototype to monitoring.

Workflow Orchestration: Design and orchestrate multi-agent pipelines integrating external data sources and service APIs.

Tool Integration: Adapt and integrate existing agent tools and logging platforms (e.g., LangSmith, LangFuse) for document analysis, medical code inference, and alert triage.

Performance Tuning: Optimize agents for latency, throughput, and reliability in high-demand environments.

Mentorship & Standards: Guide mid- to junior-level engineers, define best practices and standards for code quality and deployment.
What You’ll Need

5+ years of experience in machine learning or deep learning engineering.

Expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow, and the Hugging Face ecosystem.

Proven experience with NLP, VLMs, and graph neural networks.

Familiarity with model optimization techniques (fine-tuning, LoRA, quantization, pruning).

Solid MLOps knowledge: containerization, CI/CD for ML, and model monitoring.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
