The Tactical team approached us to develop a platform that would allow staff to manage clients and fitness instructors. We’ve built a platform that will eventually grow into a mobile application where a team will be able to manage clients individually, and continue to grow memberships.
Solution
The solution consists of a fitness oriented CRM system with a custom built portal designed specifically for Tactical Gym requirements. We worked with an API that will allow for future integration with iPhone iOS and Android frameworks.
Result
Within the first six months of working with a newly built system, Tactical Gym staff has significantly improved their staff and clients management process, which allowed their fitness trainers to book more appointments, increasing overall revenue.
