We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled L1 Customer Support Engineer to join our team for an online equipment rental marketplace built for contractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers on the platform in a timely and professional manner. The L1 Customer Support Engineer will help contractors add their equipment, assist with transactions, and handle customer questions about the platform and equipment details and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Help suppliers to add their equipment on the platform
- Explain product details and availability to customers who are looking for equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing and transactions
Requirements:
- Experience in technical support or customer service roles.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- English B2+
- Knowledge of order processing and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours
